Waldvogel Commercial Properties announces the sale of 3351-3353 Orange Ave in Roanoke, Virginia for $3,000,000. Michael Waldvogel, CCIM, SIOR and Krista Vannoy, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller in the sale to Sheetz, Inc.
The 7.9-acre site is located on a high-traffic corridor and offers the purchaser great access and visibility. The property-owners plan to construct a new Sheetz convenience store at this location.
