Immediate opening for a full-time maintenance technician who will assist in the efficient and effective operation and upkeep of our commercial and residential managed properties.  General maintenance experience and proficiency in common plumbing and HVAC repairs, groundskeeping, painting and basic carpentry, handyman services, and apartment make-ready work.

The position requires a valid Virginia driver's license, physical ability to carry out the general duties described above, a can-do attitude, and strong work ethic.
