Administrative Assistant for Sales and Leasing

Waldvogel Commercial Properties, Inc. is a professional commercial real estate firm built on a foundation of service.

We currently have a full time position open for an Administrative Assistant to support sales and leasing, marketing, and transaction management.  The successful candidate will have a background in administrative support and desktop publishing.  He/she will also have great communication skills, be extremely well-organized and focused on their work   The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail are essential. 

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
  • Outgoing personality


  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office setting
