Waldvogel Commercial Properties Brokers Significant Real Estate Transfer

Waldvogel Commercial Properties, a Roanoke-based commercial real estate firm, has successfully brokered the sale of 2797 Frontage Road, Roanoke VA to a long-time client, Delta Dental of Virginia. The property, built in 2000, is a 146,852 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on 32 acres fronting I-581 in the City of Roanoke. Waldvogel Commercial Properties will represent the owner, Delta Dental of Virginia, in securing a tenant for the property.
