Waldvogel Commercial Properties Represents Fleet Feet in Building Purchase

Waldvogel Commercial Properties represented Fleet Feet Sports (Madlea Running LLC) in the purchase of their new building at 4347 Franklin Road. The $1.3 million sale closed in September and Fleet Feet plans to move this summer. Play it Again Sports will relocate. The new location will offer Fleet Feet staff and customers a larger space.
